Introduction
Top Game is a relatively new software platform, which began in 2008. The software has decent graphics and some innovative features, such as being able to open and play multiple games and once in different tabs, a casino support window on the side of your game hand, and easy registrations without having to enter details until using the cashier. They also have a basic strategy table for blackjack built into their blackjack games. Unfortunately the listed strategy in the table is not the correct strategy for their game rules, due to DAS differences in the Royale BJ game. The Multihand BJ game does not appear to permit splitting at all, as shown in the screenshot above, which also conflicts with the strategy table. Whether an unintentional error or an intentional rule, it does not bode well for the software. Similarly video poker autohold is a good idea that was implemented poorly. The autohold makes the incorrect strategy decision on about half of all hands, making it a useless feature that cannot be turned off. The software has other questionable setup issues including offering wheel balancing for roulette, and having game sounds & voices when "no sound" is selected. Game selection is very poor. Only blackjack, 1-play video poker, roulette, slots, and keno are available. Video poker and keno use the same unique paytable as Microgaming. The software has a poor reputation with the online community, partially due to awkward bonuses and cashouts. At least one casino only processes cashouts on Mondays.
