GRAND VIRTUAL BONUSES

Bonus Description

Grand Virtual bonuses usually have a 15x(B+D) wagering requirement. However, wagering requirements may vary for reload bonuses. Some video poker games are allowed and others are not. See the T&C for details. Bonuses differ from a traditional sticky in two key ways:

1. The bonus is not removed from your account after a withdrawal. After completing the wagering requirement, you can cash in your winnings and deposit, then continue betting the bonus.

2. If your bonus balance drops due to losses and you have completed wagering, any wins on the remaining balance are immediately cashable. You do not need to exceed the original balance to make a cashout. If you have not completed wagering, any wins using your bonus balance are credited to your bonus balance (not your cash balance).

Given these rules, the obvious strategy is to play through the wagering requirement, then withdraw your cash balance so only the bonus remains. After completing the wagering requirement, there are more options. One strategy is to immediately cash out each win, so that each time you make a bet, you are only betting the bonus. Using this strategy, the average retention of the remaining bonus is 1 - house edge/chance of loss (>97% for a low house edge game).

There is no simple way to track wagering. I try to keep a running total of how much I have wagered in my head while playing. Alternatively, you could email support or PM the support rep on Casinomeister. They do not offer live or phone support.

Limited Per Group

The Grand Virtual T&C states:

3. Limitation. Bonuses (whether one-time, sign-up, special promotion or recurring monthly use) are limited to one per combination of: a person, family, household, geographic address, mailing address, email address, credit card number and shared computer environment (such as a library or workplace). This limitation applies across all casinos operating GrandVirtual technology. If a casino operating GrandVirtual technology is running a promotion that is similar in kind, an individual person cannot receive the same promotion from both casinos. This includes, but is not limited to, new user promotions.

In the past, players often reported being able to claim 3 sign-up bonuses within the group without problems, then running into limited per group issues on a 4th bonus. However, in Jan 2011 a player mentioned only being able to claim 1 per group.
