MOORE GAMES WARNING

 

Moore Games has a history of payment issues. In mid 2012 Moore Games failed to pay many poker players. Gaming news reports state that the payment issues related to a dispute between Playtech iPoker and Moore Games, and the payments resumed in late August. It's my understanding that many players were paid, but some players still have not been paid at the time of this update in mid September. One player who was not paid mentioned receiving an email from Moore Games with inaccurate claims of using multiple accounts. Casino players may also face payment issues. One forum member mentioned that Moore Games initially approved his withdrawal, then later rejected it.

There is an apparant virus risk with the mooregames.com website. Some anti-virus softwares identify the mooregames.com website as unsafe. I am not certain whether the threat is real or not.

Update: As of May 2013, Moore Games's Curacao license certificate is listed as "invalid" indicating that they no longer have a gaming license. I'm not certain whether this relates to not paying fees or operating issues. Either way there is a high risk of player issues.
