Summary

This calculator returns the house edge and standard deviation per hand for the programmed set of blackjack rules. Select the default rules (the top bubble), if you are uncertain which rule is used in the blackjack game. Most rules are described on blackjack page. Choose "Dealer Does Not Peek For BJ", if the full split/doubled bet is lost on a dealer BJ (European no hole card rule). "Playtech Peek" refers to the unique peek rules used by Playtech Original Blackjack, such that split bets are lost if the dealer gets a BJ, but not double bets. "Charlie" bonuses make a hand with a the specified number of cards an automatic winner. Choose "Shuffle After Each Hand," if the deck is shuffled after each hand (reduces house edge for player who uses basic strategy). Choose "Composition Dependent Exceptions", if you are playing with composition dependent exception strategy, rather than basic strategy.
