When a new bonus was added in March 2007, support told some players and myself that UK players could not receive the bonus. Some players had additional problems, including poor email support. In response to these issues, a support rep wrote:

"Firstly, let me apologize to players who have experienced problems receiving their bonus - I can assure you the automatic bonus problem has now been fixed.

Secondly, anyone who was informed that UK players are not entitled to receive our bonus was informed wrongly - UK players are more than welcome to receive our $200 sign up bonus. I have since spoken to the head of our support team who has confirmed this was an error and will not happen again..."
