In 2009, Casino Club confiscated winnings from at least a half dozen players due to claims of using bots. I believe that the claims were based on playing for long periods with few breaks, so marathon players who do not use bots could be wrongly accused and denied winnings. In one case, a player who did not claim a bonus and used a highly varied bet size was initially denied a 8000€ win due to claims of bot use, which are unlikely to be true. The player was eventually paid after intervention by Casinomeister and others. In another case, an accused player was denied his initial deposit as well as winnings, even though the terms imply that the deposit will be returned.
